How ArtPay works
A company sends a short request, verifies its business with a clear document list and receives a written fee quote for its routes. After activation it holds USD and EUR, pays out via ACH, Wire, SWIFT and SEPA, and uses corporate cards, with one named manager from the first call onward.
Three steps to your first payment
- Apply. Send a short request with your company, country of registration, monthly volume and what you need. Our team follows up and books a call with you.
- Verify your business. You get a clear document list. We verify your company and run ongoing reviews as required.
- Start operating. We confirm your fee in writing before activation. Then you receive, convert and pay out.
What the business review covers
ArtPay reviews each business before onboarding, and accounts and transactions may be reviewed afterwards under applicable policies. A business review normally covers company registration documents, the legal form and address, the ownership structure, and identification of directors and beneficial owners. Each client has a named manager who explains the next steps where permitted.
- Company registration documents
- Legal form and registered address
- Ownership structure
- Identification of directors and beneficial owners
- Information about your business activity and money flows
After your first call, your manager sends the exact list, so you know what to prepare.
Who we work with
Registered companies with international payment flows: partner networks, performance and media buying agencies, IT outsourcing firms, exporters, trading companies and studios, and digital agencies and SaaS companies with clients and contractors abroad. ArtPay does not onboard individuals without a registered company. A personal app is in development.
- Partner networks and performance agencies: payouts to partners and contractors, cards for ad spend.
- Agencies and SaaS companies: payments from clients abroad, contractor payouts.
- E-commerce sellers: marketplace and platform revenue, settled to a business account.

How pricing works
ArtPay charges a transparent fixed fee. There is no published rate card: the fee depends on your routes and your monthly volume, and it is confirmed in a written quote before activation. Describe your flow — where the money comes from, what it converts into, where it goes — and a manager prepares the quote.

Your named manager
Each client has a named manager, not a ticket queue. Your manager runs the onboarding call, sends the document list and the fee quote, and stays your point of contact for daily operations.

Questions
Is ArtPay a bank?
No. ArtPay provides international payment infrastructure for business: business accounts, corporate cards, cross-border settlements and currency conversion, and it does not hold a banking licence. Funds settle to company bank accounts through partner banks: SSB Bank and Portage Bank for USD, ClearBank for EUR.
Who can open an account with ArtPay, and who is turned down?
Registered companies from supported countries. Eligibility is reviewed for each business, and the review looks at ownership, the nature of the money flow and the source of funds. ArtPay does not onboard individuals without a registered company, activities prohibited under its Terms, or merchants that need card acquiring on their website.
Does ArtPay accept card payments on my website?
No. ArtPay is not a card acquirer and does not process customer card payments on merchant websites. ArtPay helps a registered company receive funds from clients, partners, marketplaces and platforms, convert them, hold them in a business account, pay partners and contractors, and spend through corporate cards.
What other revenue can ArtPay settle into USD or EUR?
Revenue in digital assets: a registered company can have revenue it receives in USDT or USDC settled into USD or EUR on its company account. Funds then move via ACH, Wire, SWIFT or SEPA like any other settlement. Eligibility is reviewed for each business, and the fee is confirmed in a written quote.
