Questions

How is ArtPay pricing calculated?

ArtPay charges a transparent fixed fee. There is no published rate card: the fee depends on your routes and your monthly volume, and it is confirmed in a written quote before activation. Describe your flow — where the money comes from, what it converts into, where it goes — and a manager prepares the quote.

How long does the business review (KYB) take at ArtPay?

Usually about 3 days once the documents are complete. Your named manager tells you which documents are needed, and the fixed fee for your routes is confirmed in a written quote before the account is activated.

What does the fee quote cover?

Your specific route: the incoming payment, conversion, payout and card spend where relevant. Your manager confirms the quote in writing before activation.

Do you publish a rate card?

No. Fees depend on your routes and monthly volume, so your manager prepares a written quote for your flow before activation.
